Folks, there were numerous items missing from my order, ordered 500g of one product only to be delivered 200g. Form in box says who packed and who checked the order? No explanation of missing items and form says they were included in the delivery but they are not. I don’t know if the items are out of stock or just missed off ? Am I to expect a refund or another delivery? As with all of the poor reviews I’ve raised communication issues always the answer. Sorry, trust of ordering through this company is low - best off visiting their shops rather than online ordering. Big shame.
Visited the store in Norwich which was very well presented. The staff member was really helpful and friendly they have a really good selection to pick from with very affordable prices.
Will most definitely visit this store again and would highly recommend

I purchased date from here and I couldn't eat because the taste is worst. I don't understand how the date taste can be bad. Salty nuts are better than sweeties.

I visited the Grape Tree store in Fareham today with my three young children ( all who were under control) at 11.28am only to be told by a blonde haired elder lady who was working at the time to leave the shop as there's too many people. If she had politely asked me to wait outside I wouldn't have minded. I have visited this shop before and have never recieved such bad service, now I don't feel welcomed so I will take my service elsewhere. Manners go a long way. We all understand the stress everyone is under in these difficult times, but I will not tolerate rudeness.

The store in burgess hill had to be shut down and all stock destroyed as they had a moth infestation that was known about by staff. I reported it as i found a bug in my flapjack bar and it was investigated by a health inspector. I emailed the company also but never had any kind of response. Shocking service. If you have brought anything from that store from before Dec 2020.. throw it away as it could be contaminated. I really think people should have been told so they can check anything they may have brought!

My wife and I have shopped at our local Grape Tree franchise for many years, however due to the lockdown we switched to delivery. We placed two orders, taking advantage of the very generous offers at the time on our favourite brands. On both orders I explicitly asked that the delivery not be left on the doorstep in full view of the street but to rearrange delivery if we were not home. We are both NHS keyworkers and are unable to stay home waiting for deliveries. The first delivery was fine, luckily we both happened to be off shift. The second delivery, sent by DHL was left on the doorstep. Luckily my wife finished her shift two hours after delivery and found the delivery before it was stolen. I sent a polite email on November 23rd raising my concerns, reminding Grape Tree of my delivery instructions and seeking reassurance that in the event of theft Grape Tree would make good on the delivery. Sadly, Grape Tree have chosen not to reply. All Grape Tree needed to do was provide that reassurance and we would have continued to order online. We will no longer be ordering from Grape Tree and have sourced another supplier.
The online service is absolutely useless, probably the worst company I have dealt with online. The customer services totally ignore any contact you try to make with them. Do not order anything online with this company as once they have taken your money they will totally ignore you and from my experience you will not get the goods you paid for.
Bought several bits from the store at Springfields outet. good prices and was even more impressed with their 3 for 2 offer. That was until we got home to find it has not been applied to our purchases. Having emailed the company I have been given two different reason why the offer was not applied. 1) the offer had expired. Why then were there signs all over the shop advertising said offer. 2) pitted dates were not in the offer only soft fruits. Again not clear on the advert which clearly said 500g bags of apricots, figs and dates. It's a minor point but not good customer realtions. If they are like this over something relatively small then I would hate to see if it was something of a bigger issue
I feel proud that in our England Grape Tree high level services and products still have been provided. My first experience is great and I'd like to advise The Grape Tree to try for everybody and confirm my admiration.
